#101: I Scream
The Story Behind I Scream
This is the third in a small three panel series about...well, screaming. The first two, ice scream and eyes scream were each the result of my study on screaming cartoons as well as very easy ice cream dad jokes that I couldn't resist publishing. This final panel, "I Scream" is the original comic I had in my head, complete with the triple-meaning of ice cream, the letter I screaming and me screaming. I tend to get overly stressed at times, and it feels like the more stressed I am the more stressors are added on. This comic is a simple reminder that it's okay to lose it every once in a while, just as long as you don't freak out those around you and you bounce back when you feel like you have sufficiently vented.
